Do I have to switch booking software?
No. We work with Boulevard, Mangomint, Vagaro and Zenoti, so your calendar stays where it is. Using something else? Tell us and we’ll connect it.
Is the front desk safe with health information?
It’s built not to need it. It answers questions from facts you’ve approved (treatments, prices, prep, aftercare) and books consults. It never asks for medical history by text; that stays in your intake forms.
Can we show before-and-after photos?
Only your own, with written consent, and labelled the way your state requires. We never use stock or AI-generated before-and-afters.
Do you know the advertising rules for treatments?
We write with the common rules in mind: generic treatment names unless you’re approved to use brand names, no guaranteed results, and “results vary” where it matters. You approve every word.
Can clients book from Instagram?
