Do I have to switch booking software?

No. We work with Vagaro, Square Appointments, GlossGenius and Fresha, so your calendar stays where it is. Or use our booking and drop the extra subscription.

Do you charge for new clients?

Never. No new-client fees, no per-booking fees and no commission on services, tips or deposits. Your clients are yours.

How does the gap filler work?

When an appointment cancels, we send the opening to waitlist clients who opted in, post it to your Instagram Story and Google, and the first person to tap gets it. You approve the message once and it runs from there.

Can I take deposits?

Yes. Set a deposit per service, and your cancellation policy shows at booking and in every reminder. Deposits go straight to your account.

Can clients book from Instagram?

Yes. Your Instagram profile, Stories and Google all link straight into your booking, with no marketplace in the middle.

Do I need professional photos?

No. Your Instagram already has your best work. We pull it in, clean it up and sort it by service. Text us new sets as you go.
