What we collect
When you request a preview: your business name, town or city, website (if you share it), and the email address or phone/WhatsApp number you give us. When you become a customer: the business details needed to run your website and listings, billing details (processed by our payment provider), and the call, form and booking data your website generates.
How we use it
To build and send your preview, to follow up about it, and, if you become a customer, to provide the service. We don’t sell your data. We don’t use your customers’ details for our own marketing.
Previews we build before you ask
We sometimes build a free preview for a business using publicly available information (like a public business listing). Previews are private, not indexed by search engines, labelled as demos, and deleted after 14 days. Ask us to remove one and we’ll do it the same day.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we use it only for the messages you asked for, such as your preview, your account and replies to you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don’t sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the providers that deliver the messages.
Calls and messages for our customers
When you call, text or chat with a business that uses Hypeman, we handle that conversation for the business as its service provider. Its AI front desk or receptionist tells you it’s an automated assistant, and tells you at the start of a call if the call may be recorded. Recordings are deleted after 90 days. Transcripts and messages are kept for the business and deleted when it stops using Hypeman. We don’t use them for our own marketing. To opt out of a business’s texts, reply STOP.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Hypeman (hosting, email, messaging, payments, analytics), only as needed to provide the service and under contract.
How long we keep it
Preview requests: up to 12 months unless you become a customer. Customer data: for as long as you’re a customer, then we return or delete it (you can take your website with you).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, the UK, EU, California, Canada or Australia) you may have additional rights.

Our marketing site uses only what’s needed to work and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. Where the law requires consent for analytics, we ask first.
